Turnaround Time

Due to the custom nature of our work we do not have set turnaround times, this means they will vary depending on the complexity of the project and our schedule in the print room. We can give an estimated turnaround time with a quote and a more accurate turnaround time with order confirmation.

The quoted turnaround time starts once we receive your written pre-press PDF proof approval and have received a deposit. Turnaround time is counted in business days. Turnaround time does not start from the time of quoting and does not include any shipping times.

If you have a specific delivery date please let us know and we can try to help if possible.

Pre-press Proofs

We will email you a PDF proof of order for you to approve prior to printing. We allow for 2 rounds of changes or alterations. Any further requests will be charged at £20.00 + VAT per round.

We will only proceed to print your order once we have your written approval.

Cancellation

Custom orders cancelled before a proof has been issued will be eligible for a 25% refund. Custom orders cancelled after a proof has been issued will be eligible for a 50% refund. However, custom orders cancelled after we have received proof approval will not be refunded.

In the unlikely event your order is below our usual high standards or we make any mistakes or errors after proof approval we will offer the option to reprint and replace your order.

Complaints about personalised orders order must be reported to us in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods.

Payment & Security

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A deposit payment of 50% of the quote total is required to begin your order. The full balance will be due once your order has been completed and before shipment.

We take payments by bank transfer. Please quote your invoice and or job number when making your payment so we can allocate the payment. We no longer accept cheques or debit/credit cards. We do not store any credit card details in a database and we only use the details you provide us for the purposes intended to provide your order. We will not pass your details on to any other person/company unless required to do so by law.

We reserve the right to refuse an order where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

Delivery Information

Orders are checked carefully prior to dispatch and great care is taken to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition.

We make every effort possible to ensure your order is delivered within the stated time. We will not be liable for any loss or consequential loss due to the late or non delivery of goods as a result of carrier/courier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us within a reasonable time to report any non delivered or late deliveries.

You may be liable to pay import duty if ordering from overseas.

Returns Information

We cannot exchange or accept any returned personalised or bespoke items unless they are of poor quality, damaged, faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to return any items please contact us for returns information. We do not cover any costs involved in returning goods.

All orders will remain the property of Blush Publishing Limited until payment is made in full.
