Returns Information
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all our products except personalised and bespoke orders. We cannot exchange or accept any returned personalised or bespoke items unless they are of poor quality, damaged, faulty or incorrect.
If we cannot deliver your goods within the agreed time you may cancel your order and receive a full refund. Personalised items cannot be refunded once the proof has been approved. If you wish to return any items please contact us for returns information. We do not cover any costs involved in returning goods.
