Q: What's so special about this letterpress lark?
A: Letterpress is a printing technique that enables us to make an impression into the paper. When a modern litho or digital print is compared to one of our letterpress prints you will feel as well as see the difference.
Q: Do you take commissions?
A: Yes. We can design and print to your requirements.
Q: What paper do you use?
A: We use a wide variety of papers and board. We particularly like to use 100% cotton paper because it is soft and takes a nice deep impression.
Q: Can you print my own designs?
A: Yes.
Q: How much will it cost?
A: That old chestnut. There are many factors to determine the cost. Number of colours, print run, size and finishing to name just a few. The best thing to do is call us up and have a chat about what you need.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Again, all depending on the complexity etc, but a single colour, single side print could be turned around in 3-5 days. We also offer an express turnaround service for those who simply can't wait.

Q: How do you print my own designs?
A: If you have created your own design you can send you artwork in to by email or post. We accept PDF files with all fonts converted to outlines. You can read our artwork submission guidelines here.
