Delivery Information
Most orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed outside this time period will be dispatched the following working day. We will contact you to advise of any expected delay and offer the opportunity to cancel or amend the order. Personalised and bespoke orders will take longer and expected delivery times appear on each product page.
Orders under 2kg are sent Royal Mail First Class. We use couriers for heavier parcels and at times of any carrier/courier industrial actions. You may request any special delivery requirements at the checkout stage. We reserve the right to only deliver orders to a payment card registered address. We also reserve the right not to deliver to any PO Box addresses.
We make every effort possible to ensure your order is delivered within the stated time. We will not be liable for any loss or consequential loss due to the late or non delivery of goods as a result of carrier/courier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us within a reasonable time to report any non delivered or late deliveries.
Orders are checked carefully prior to dispatch and great care is taken to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If your parcel arrives damaged please contact us.
